Nestled in the core of DIFC and inspired by the vibrant and lively brasseries of New York, The Guild welcomes guests to delight in a romantic gastronomic journey with a pair of customized menu options designed to entice on the day of love. Starting from AED 350 per person, comprising five courses as well as an amuse-bouche and chocolates to initiate the evening, guests can relish dishes such as House Smoked Salmon and King Crab with parsley cream, and Kristal caviar; Porcini Mushroom Volute with fresh black truffle and parmesan as well as Grilled Australian MBS 9+ Striploin with black garlic and onion puree, shallot and green peppercorn sauce, among other scrumptious delicacies. To conclude on a decadently sweet note, White Chocolate Ganache will be the crowning touch on an exquisite meal. Guests can upgrade to the Premium Menu priced at AED 950 per person, featuring the addition of Kaviari Kristal Caviar as well as an extra course of Poached Canadian Lobster, served with lobster ravioli, pumpkin puree, and bisque, accompanied by the refreshing Veuve Clicquot Champagne.

Guests are encouraged to end the evening with a nightcap, opting to unwind in either The Nurseries, hosting a crimson polished espresso bar concealed among hundreds of potted plants, or The Potting Shed, the ultimate retreat adorned with sparkling lights and sprinkled with romantic nooks, where cocktails, music, and timeless design merge to create an unforgettable experience.

Also taking place at the sumptuous Raffles The Palm Dubai – a fairytale romantic palace in itself – is a host of other love-themed events, from spa treatments to afternoon tea. Couples (or friends) can book into the hotel’s renowned Cinq Mondes Spa for its Harmony of Hearts package – priced at AED1,800 for two, including spa facilities, 60-minute couple’s massage, two glasses of champagne and soft drinks from 5 to 23 February. Elsewhere, the Palace of Versaille-esuqe Blüthner Hall is running a Love Infused Afternoon Tea from AED450 per couple, while sultry jazz and cigar bar Sola Jazz Lounge is throwing a more seductive affair, with a four-course sharing menu bottle of wine and music from the Winck Band for AED850 per couple. Feast on Hearts with Hawkerboi: A Bold and Romantic Supper Club

Nestled in JLT’s The Park, the dimly-lit, intimate, all-red dining sensation Hawkerboi has curated their first Valentine’s offering, promising a sensory journey through their exclusive Supper Club menu, infused with bold and daring flavors. The menu showcases Dibba Bay Oysters, drizzled with a zesty green nahm jim and a velvety lemon grass coconut sauce, followed by a Banana Heart Salad, tossed with a fiery mix of turmeric, roast garlic, and chili, for a crisp and earthy contrast. The main course poses a choice between the adventurous and the comforting. Skewered Ox Heart, seared to a smoky succulence, pairs with a spicy nham jim jaew for the thrill-seekers. Grilled Prawn Skewers, glazed in Waugh’s curry sauce, offer a cozy warmth for the snug-seekers. For those who crave a bit of spice, the pad ka prao of chicken hearts and thigh, dusted with hot basil and topped with a runny fried egg, delivers a flavor burst. The finale is ‘Take My Heart’, Hawkerboi’s signature heart-shaped White Chocolate Mousse with a tangy raspberry coulis.
