The artichoke is blooming into season across Italy, on its menus and in its markets, and this limited-time, three-course menu brings this spirit to the UAE. The menu starts with the red prawn carpaccio, served with crispy artichokes and black garlic. For the pasta course, handmade pappardelle is finished in an artichoke cream with crispy beef speck.
