Pieces include thought-provoking sculptures from Anton Smit, places prolifically across the property, and a selection of local photography and artwork – all instilling a sense of peace.
This same sense of peace carries through to the interiors, which, with the help of Bloom, exclude the feeling of a stylish countryside escape, perfect for a weekend away or a relaxing escape from the city – or the madness of Q4 in the GCC. The villa itself has a perfectly oriented roof terrace, with vantage points to view the spectacular art collection and scenery – and an open-plan design that offers a continuous transition from indoors to out. The soothing colour scheme is all whites, greys, blacks and terracottas, and bifold doors and vast doors create an indoor outdoor feeling. The garden is particularly inviting, with cosy seating and dim lighting creating a little countryside haven to relax in and enjoy a drink or dinner with your partner or travelling companion.
