Known for its constant innovation, modernisation and improving guest experiences, Dubai’s beloved Emirates airlines has opened a new travel store in Dubai’s DIFC neighbourhood. The new ‘City Check-In and Travel Store’ is located in the shiny ICD Brookfield Place in the heart of the city’s financial district and acts as a hub for all your pre-travel needs, along with offerings some special in-store discounts.
From the ultra-modern new store, Emirates passengers will be able to drop their bags up to 24 hours before their flight – saving precious time and eliminating queues at the airport – along with checking in via self-service kiosks and dedicated desks with Emirates agents. Agents include the first-ever check-in robot assistant, Sara, who matches faces with scanned passports. Customers can drop by anytime between 8am and 10pm daily and up to four hours before their flight to check in and bag drop.
On top of useful services, the new Emirates travel store will also have a selection of travel merchandise available for last-minute essentials and other bespoke Emirates products, alongside a team of experts on hand to help you book your next adventure in person – finding you the best solution and helping with upgrades, managing current books and selecting seats.
Emirates passengers with valid boarding passes who want to discover the new area or simply relax and unwind will also be able to access some of the super-premium lifestyle facilities in ICD Brookfield Place – with exclusive discounts and offers on a range of restaurants, gyms and luxury shops, including new restaurant Josette, super cool fitness brands 1Rebel and Embody Fitness and Lulu and the Beanstalk. Passengers going onwards to the airport can make use of Emirates’ chauffeur service or take a short journey to the airport via metro or car transfer.
