For experienced players, and those just now embracing the sport, the UAE has plenty of tennis courts and facilities to hone, improve and learn new racquet skills. From manicured hardcourts at five-star hotels to indoor air-conditioned centres to see you through the summer months, here are the best tennis courts in Dubai.
With locations in leafy Meydan, Jumeirah Golf Estates, DWTC, Safa Club 1 and Dubai Sports World, Tennis 360 is one of the most popular and respected tennis clubs in Dubai. The company offers tennis courts at each location, as well as padel, beach tennis and mini tennis, and intensive group and private tennis coaching, as well as mini leagues, competitions, group sessions, tennis cardio workouts, socials and children’s coaching and classes. During the summer months, the company moves indoors to Dubai Sports World, where they offer perhaps the most competitive price for indoor tennis courts in Dubai. Head to their local clubs during the cooler months to make use of their great facilities, coffee shops, pro shops and flood-lit courts open until 10 pm. The club also offers racquet rental (AED25) and re-stringing (AED65). In summer, the club moves to Dubai Sports World, taking their services to Za’abeel Hall.

Aria Sportscape Academy is Dubai’s newest indoor tennis and padel centre, located in Dubai Investment Park 2 and offering court rental and coaching. The courts are indoor, air-conditioned and well lit, providing a comfortable environment for uninterrupted play, whatever time of day. Prices are some of the highest in the city, but there’s a slight discount when booking two hours – which can be banked for another session and doesn’t need to be used on the day.

As one of the most luxurious hotels in Dubai, it’s only right that One&Only‘s three flood-lit tennis courts are groomed to perfection. Perfect your shots at one of the most perfect tennis courts in Dubai, the waterfront hardcourts of Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Head to the lush and leafy grounds of Dubai Creek Resort for Peter Burwash International, a renowned school that has managed some of the world’s top tennis resorts and clubs for 50 years. Here, guests will find two full floodlit courts, along with two more under construction, which are available for a whole host of tennis activities, from court rental and lessons to matchplays, adult clinics and social initiatives like ‘doubles and bubbles’ and ladies’ coffee mornings. As the largest indoor sports centre in the UAE, Danube Sports World is the perfect spot to enjoy tennis this summer, without battling the heat. Along with padel, badminton, boxing, football, cricket and table tennis, the centre has one ITF approved tennis court available for private lessons and court rental. Users can opt for live broadcast and/or recording on request, to look back and review skills, and also request a referee to keep competitive matches fair.

Located on the rooftop of the resort’s sports centre, Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa’s tennis courts are open to both hotel and external guests for up to one hour at a time. Dubai Sports World is another fantastic venue for indoor sports in Dubai, offering, alongside tennis, football, basketball, padel, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, cricket, pickleball and other fitness activities. There are two indoor tennis courts open daily from 8 am to 12 midnight.

Open daily from 6 am to 11 pm, Al Habtoor Polo Resort’s tennis courts are located in the heart of Dubailand, an equestrian-inspired retreat that transports visitors away from Dubai.
