On a Saturday night, we embarked on a delightful exploration of Rüya’s menu through The Anatolian Experience. Our culinary journey commenced with an alluring array of cold and hot mezze, featuring delicacies such as simit And caviar bite (toasted simit bread bites with tangy labneh and Ocietra caviar), levrek (thinly sliced raw sea bass with mustard, apple puree, and shaved radish), karpuz domates (compressed watermelon, labneh, feta cheese, and tomato), and isli patlican (aubergine and walnut purée with crispy-coated aubergine chips).
Vegetarians will delight in seasonal vegetable dishes, each prepared with Anatolian finesse. For dessert, indulge in traditional Turkish confections infused with the captivating aromas of rosewater and a symphony of nuts. The Hazelnut Baklava, crowned with airy kaymak and accompanied by a caramelized milk sorbet, presents a symphony of textures and flavours that is not to be missed. Another timeless classic, the Fırın Sütlaç, a traditional Anatolian rice pudding, arrives adorned with vibrant raspberry sauce, fragrant rose ice cream, and delicate lokum. Each spoonful embodies the rich heritage and masterful techniques of Anatolian culinary tradition.
