The space

With healing red light as one of its most popular treatments, Resync Dubai has incorporated light throughout its design, giving a futuristic, yet chic, vibe with softly illuminated walls, warming red glow lighting, dark neutral colours, sharp lines and brilliant blue creating a cooling ambience in the cryotherapy room. Guests enter a stylish, industrial-style lobby with comfy cream seating and soothing slate grey walls before heading to the changing room – with lockers, showers and amenities. Treatment rooms are modern and comfortable with lots of dark shades – and corridors lead to different rooms, offering cryotherapy, infrared saunas and other healing therapies.

The offering

Rescyn specialises in high-tech, science-based recovery and healing treatments, particularly cryotherapy and red light. These treatments are known to aid, or even cure, chronic pain and ailments, improve quality and life and sleep and can help reduce the effects of jet lag – perfect for the frequent traveller. Treatments include Whole Body Cryo, an innovative treatment where clients enter a chamber of -110°C. Resyn offers ‘the safest, oxygen-enriched’ cryotherapy available, which reduces music pain, and and inflammation and increases metabolism and the body’s natural collagen production – plus leaves you feeling completely energised. In another room, clients can enjoy Red Light therapy, where Resync uses red and near-infrared light to heal injuries, reduce muscle pain, relax muscles and joints and increase blood circulation. Cryo T-Shock is another Resync favourite, a non-invasive cold therapy facial that smooths lines, helps to reduce wrinkles and improves the production of natural collagen, or, for the body, works by sculpting and fat freezing.
